Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone can help me.

I have a 2016 Ford Focus Titanium X Navigator, but for the past few weeks by lights haven't been working properly. They aren't calibrating themselves, and the right headlight continually points to the right, meaning I cant use my full beams.

I have read that this is a common issue, however, I've tried to avoid stupid prices at Ford and taken my car to three separate independent garages, all of which have said they don't know how to fix it.

  • I used to work at a dealer. If you have the adaptive cornering head lights like the RS or auto leveling. The motor may have failed due to water intrusion or age. Unless your really crafty with small electronic repair and can reseal your headlamp. Usually this means a new headlight may be in order. Two T-27 or T-30s hold the lamp in, theres a huge connector at the bottom, the release clip likes to break alot due to the heat from the light and engine bay. May be loose or dirty connection but the motors do fail. Good luck.
