For the 1970 model year, Porsche increased the engine size of its road-going 911 for the first time, expanding the flat-six boxer engine from 2.0 to 2.2-litres. The entry-level 911 T, captured here in an original brochure shot, gained 11 kW (15 PS) over the 1991cc original, meaning a total output of 93 kW (125 PS).
