HISTORY OF THE FERRARI TESTAROSSA.
My all-time classic supercar.
The Ferrari Testarossa (Type 110) is a 12-cylinder mid-engine sports automobile manufactured by Ferrari.
This stunning masterpiece was in production for seven years (1984-1991). This car itself has two models; The 512TR and the F512M. This car faced very stiff competition from the Bugatti EB110 a car i will be writing about in my next article.
The Testarossa was the first road car that sported a flat 12-cylinder configuration outfitted with four valves per cylinder. It ofcourse maintains the 512BBi engine. It has a 5-speed manual transmission; the 4.9 flat- 12 cylinder configuration, it featured an electronic ignition system with the fuel injection delivering upto 385bhp at 6300rpm and a maximum of 490nm of torque at 4500rpm.
Today this car is still worth a fortune for it costs $100000-$125000. This is my dream car and I am sure most of you tribers would like to have it.
