Honda Invisus 2020 Concept rendering – Could this be the NSX of the future
One artist gives us his view of the future of Honda’s supercar, and it’s amazing
The world was kept waiting for the new Honda NSX for over a decade, and when it finally arrived, it did manage to look like an actual car of the future. This Honda Invisus 2020 Concept takes that several steps further by showing us what a road-going track ready monster of the future could potentially look like.
Its creator is Leonardo Nitole Moreira who confirms that this stunning render took two months to create start to finish you see here. Interestingly the Invisus is equipped with a V8 rather than the V6 motor found in all generations of NSX to date.
The car's design is full of technical detail with swathes of carbon-fibre everywhere; the front features a super-low protruding air-dam giving it a low bonnet line. The whole front is dominated by the air massive carbon air intakes that cool the V8 engine.

In the middle, there is more carbon-fibre in the form of a monocoque tub setup up (similar to a McLaren). The Invisus also features a rear-mounted engine and one thing that the car world needs more of, a pair of gull wing doors – nothing like a futuristic throw-back make the design more realistic.

At the back the stunning design continues, you get a full view of that gorgeous V8 engine via the glass canopy and a massive racing-style rear wing. This is all finished by the sharp angled LED taillights, rear splitter and the mid-mounted racing style twin exhausts.

While this car will very sadly remain a mere rendering, there is no doubt it’s a stunning looking thing.

This should be Honda's Vision Gran Turismo car. It's certainly got the looks!
Looks cool! Don't put the Honda F1 engine in it ;)
Thats one hell of a car
I think it is just a AM Vulcan's restyling, but uglier
