How about 15 new Mercedes this year?
Is 2021 the one to be the one that everyone longed for?
Sorry! That was a bad effort to recreate a funny Formula 1 incident. But hear me out, Mercedes-Benz is going to launch 15 different models this year in India. Obviously, because of the pandemic some launches have been pushed to 2021 instead of their scheduled launch in 2020.
In auto expo 2020, the Germans showcased the A Class limousine to replace the CLA in their India line-up along with the second generation GLA crossover and the GT63 S. At that time they launched the GT63 S sedan and opened bookings for the other two, as they were set to be launched in the second half of 2020. You know the rest. Now the A Class Limousine is going to be the season opener for Mercedes in India and will be followed by the GLA and other models. After these two, Mercedes has also queued the AMG GT Black Series.

There are two other outgoing models in Mercedes-Benz's India line-up; the S Class and the E Class, these two have got new generation and updates internationally. Hopefully, they'll bring these two to India this year. So there you are with 5 of the 15 launches.
Counting the AMG variants of the regular models as different models, you are left with 6 more launches. Any guess? I think the leftover of the series consists the GLB(to compete with the Q2 from Audi) and the E class Cabriolet. Have anything else in mind? Tell me in the comments.
