I feel like I've got to start by addressing the rather misleading headline because believe it or not this watch, made by Swatch of course, is actually called Crazy Nuts. There are a lot of things I don't like about this watch, starting with the colour, and yet for some reason I just love wearing it. It just feels... nice. But we'll talk about that in a minute.
The Crazy Nuts, reference number SUSC400, was introduced by Swatch in 2012. Like most Swatches, it's made of plastic and comes with a simple rubber strap and it is powered by a quartz in movement. The case is marginally bigger and noticeably thicker than it is in most Swatches, at 42 and 14 mm respectively, because it has to accommodate the chronograph function and the date, too.
Water resistance is unfortunately only rated at 3 bar (3 atm or 30 mt), which actually means that it's basically just splash proof. This is one of the greatest misconceptions in the world of watches and I've never understood the reason behind the terminology. Why call it "3 bar water resistant" to say that it's only splash proof while you're washing your hands? If you know why, feel free to tell me in the comments. Anyway, moving on.
I'm not sure I can give you a reason why I love wearing this watch. The chronograph function isn't particularly easy to use, the brown-ish colour isn't ideal because it doesn't really go well with anything and it's also a bit worn out with marks and scratches on the glass and the bezel.
I guess this is a bit like your favourite shirt or sneakers. Yeah, you've got other shirts that look better, are in better condition and match the rest of your outfit. And yet for reason, that's your favourite shirt. And that's what this is to me.

*As you can imagine, my ability to take diverse and interesting photographs is limited by the current circumstances that many of us are experiencing. I'll probably be posting more watch reviews with my own pictures in the next few days and I'll do my best. Take care, stay safe, yo.
