I bought a supercharged E90 BMW M3 for less than a new Honda Civic

No seriously. They're that cheap now.

Cheap performance is here everyone. Well, when I say cheap I don't mean insanely cheap. This is still $30,500. But when you consider that the E9X generation of M3, which ran from 2008-2013 here in the US, could be optioned to WELL over $80,000, this car is one of the best performance bargains out there.

Oh and did I mention it was supercharged? With it's ESS 625 kit it's producing a whopping 625HP at the crank. Yet to be confirmed, but we'll for sure be hitting the dyno very soon to make sure that number is right.

So with that said today a dream comes true for me because I just bought this exact crazy, 625hp, supercharged E90 BMW M3! BMWs have been in my family since the early 1980s and I've always lusted after any M3. Well, now I own one and I couldn't be happier. Come join me as I talk about M3 history, my car, and what I plan to do with it.

  • A cheap BMW doesn't exist if you factor in maintenance costs.
