I bought my friend a Lamborghini Centenario Roadster

I was having a catch up with a good friend of mine recently and towards the end of the conversation, I asked them if they needed anything - it's a difficult time in the world right now after all. Half jokingly, my friend told me they'd love a Lamborghini or a Yacht.

Now I don't know about you but Yachts seem really quite expensive to me. So I did what any good friend would do and after the call, decided I'd be a little generous. So I set about finding a Lamborghini to buy for my friend.

But with so many different models to choose from, where does one start? I had a think and then I found just the right one. So I went ahead, made a call, booked a viewing and subsequently bought it. I then rang up my friend to give them the unexpectedly good news. It's not everyday someone buys you a Lamborghini after all.

Upon first hearing about what I'd done, my friend was in disbelief but there was a hopeful smile on their face. Understandable. I'd just bought them a Lamborghini. But when I decided to show them the Lamborghini in question, they suddenly seemed disappointed about it when they saw it.

Now at this point, I'm beginning to think that this isn't the type of Lamborghini that my friend meant. Regardless, they'll be receiving their brand new car in the post sometime soon. And I'm sure they'll enjoy it even more when they have it in their possession.
