  • Depends on what do you shoot mostly. If its video and mostly still shots, the Sony A7R4 is amazing. Its a mirrorless camera but the video / photo quality you get is insanely good. But if you shoot mostly action shots like i do, i was advised not to go for a mirrorless camera as it may present some lag while shooting, and since the viewfinder is digital battery consumption might be a bit of a problem if you're shooting all day. In this case a good full frame DSLR camera would be awesome, something in the likes of a Canon 5D mk 4 , or a Nikon D850, D4 ....

  • I'm personally not a fan of Mirrorless cameras. I don't like the digital view finder, and like a bit of weight to my camera.

    I waffled back and forth on cameras when I went full frame. Nikon vs Pentax. I choose Pentax. The autofocus is a bit slow, and doesn't have a huge lens variety, but the good stuff is out there, and the quality of images is very very good.

  • What is your current setup? Hard to make any real recommendations without knowing what you already have/what system you’re invested in and what you’re wanting out of it and a budget.

    And to the others in here recommending a Sony a7rIV, did y’all read the poster’s bio? He is only 16? Big stretch to suggest a $3,000 USD camera body let alone the expensive glass to go with it to someone so young lol
