I'd just like to say "Thank You"

If you're reading this post you probably already know what this is all about. DriveTribe is shutting down, which really took me by surprise. I know I haven't been the most active writer you've ever seen. But after not hearing from me for about half a year, I would just like to say thank you to all of my followers, all people reading, liking and commenting my posts (yes, I've read all of the comments on my post), and everyone on DriveTribe for creating this amazing community! It's been an amazing experience to be here with you, for good and for worse.

Unfortunately, it's all coming to an end, which for me is abnormally sad. Seriously, it's been a very long time since I've felt this sad, mainly because I'm not that emotional to begin with. However, downloading PDFs of my articles was heartbreaking, almost like cleaning up a house after a dead relative and finding every single thing that you've associated with them. It was especially painful, as this year I really wanted to put some time and effort into writing articles, including expanding to non-car related content (it's hard to believe, but you'll have to trust me on this). So I guess it's that one crossed off the list.

Or is it? It's no use crying over spilt milk. Thus, I'll be setting up a personal blog of some sort or joining another website where I'll posting my texts. If you have any suggestions as to where or how to start doing so (I mean some automotive websites, trusted places to setup a blog or just anything you consider useful), I would be very happy to hear from you in the comments or in DMs, because to be completely honest, I don't really have a backup plan. And since the examination session is approaching on my university, I probably won't have anything set up until the "End of DriveTribe". Or end of January, if you prefer it this way. Thus, if you want to keep up with my work (I know there hasn't been too much of it, but I promise I will be posting more), hit me up in my DMs or write a comment about that (I'll probably just send you a link to my Discord profile for now). That way I will have the best chance of not losing contact with you and I will inform you about my work ASAP.

To conclude, it's been a great time over here on DriveTribe. I will dearly cherish every memory associated with this fantastic website. I would like to thank every single member of the community for creating one of the most unique places on the Internet. However, with all of that coming to an end, I need your help. If you have any suggestions as to where I can post in the future or you just don't want to lose touch with me, please shoot me a DM or post a comment below. Either of these will be well appreciated!
