Today Lamborghini officially unveiled its latest Bull, the Huracán EVO, and if it is anything like its Performante older brother then I think the motoring world could be in for a bit of treat.

Stefano Domenical, Chairman and Chief Executive at Lamborghini said: “The Huracán Evo is the very definition of evolution: it is a step ahead, redefining the segment parameters. It is remarkably easy to drive while delivering the most responsive, sensory and agile driving experience, in every environment.”

The Huracán Evo will don an impressive 5.2-litre naturally aspirated V10 engine, updated to produce a whopping 640hp.

The Evo is going to to also have a new rear-wheel steering and torque vectoring system meaning that, at lower speeds, it will be more agile as well as possessing maximum stability through corners at high speeds. This coupled with a ‘Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata’ which is basically a huge brain that through some engineering wizardry can control every aspect of the car's dynamic behaviour. This means the Evo can literally predict what you (the driver) will do next and make its own preparations based on the driving conditions, ensuring you stay on the road.

This new Lamborghini has a new 8.4” HMI infotainment system located in the centre console, as well as the more ‘every day driver’ facilities such as Apple car play, Sat Nav and climate control which can be used via multi-finger gestures or voice commands.

I think it is fair to say that a lot of different people will be looking at the Lamborghini Huracán Evo with hungry eyes and buyers may not even have that long to wait either, as customers will begin to take deliveries of this latest bull by spring this year. Although, the new Evo will set you back a rather meaty £165,256. Worth the price though don’t you think?
