Is it Love?

Photographed at the 2018 Bay to Birdwood Rally, West Beach, South Australia.

This 1935 Packard raises some questions for me!

Can you fall in love with an inanimate object? with a car? with a car that isn't your own? that you've never even sat in?

For me, the answer has to be a resounding yes!

I've been very fortunate to stumble across this amazing piece of automotive art on several occasions now.

I've taken photographs at every opportunity, but I've never so much as stumbled across the owner (I do know his name!)

But every time I see it, I want it a little more. Check out the following pictures I took recently, and tell me if I'm misplacing my love. Or not.

Oh yes - there are a lot of photo's.. because a lot of love ;)

Do you feel it?

    • You'll find it was bought earlier in the day by someone who consecutively cheated 600 people, held up a service station, and plundered his own wealthy uncle.

  • No modern car should be allowed this kind of paint job, or even similar at that, no more...

  • A real beauty and such a cool colour very rare on classics. You only need this, a Italian restaurant and a mustache and everyone thinks you are from the mafia
