  • in Hong Kong we run 95 and only 95 with no other choice. well, a choice to pay extra for 95 but added various brand of solutions to make oil burn much easier...

    • Considering the size of HongKong I am surprised they didn't immediately force a switch to Electric cars. Between the pollution and the gas prices it seems like a no-brainer.

    • HK is all about making money, just like cigarettes, can't rid of them because they pay good amount of tax every year, same to gasoline, currently half of the fuel cost is tax! And after electric car import tax free promotion, Tesla can fire 95%...

  • Another interesting fuel out there is alkalyte based fuels. Only available currently for petrol engined horticultural machinery, outboard engines, two stroke engine tools and petrol generators. This has been shown to run these engines with a bit more performance, cleaner without high emissions that regular unleaded fuels give due to less chemicals in fuel. So if it could be mass produced in bulk their might be a future for internal combustion engine.

    • The Us and Europe octane ratings are not the same. Our 91 is your 95 basically. www.etuners.gr/fuel/

    • I usually get 102(RON) here in Europe. Because it's easier to get than 98(RON) here and the fuel cap says 98(RON) minimum.
