Is TechArt's extravagant take on the new Porsche 911 GT3 a bit too extreme?
There's no denying this is absolutely mental!
When the new Porsche 911 GT3 came out earlier this year, many people were really surprised that the wing managed to get even larger. The thought of having a whopping-great swan neck wing at the back made so much sense.
But if you are a tuning company like TechArt, then the wing wasnt anywhere near big enough. What you are looking at here is the latest creation to leave the TechArt factory in Germany and it is called the TechArt GTstreet R.
This is their take on the 992-generation of 911 GT3 and it is quite frankly unbelievable. It is limited to just 87 examples and it look utterly relentless. Not only does it look the part, but it has also received an epic power boost, so it now produces a staggering 800hp and 950 Nm of torque.
The biggest change however, has been done to the exterior so that it now looks absolutely mental. It has been covered in carbon fibre and has received a large wing upgrade, because apparently the last one wasn't big enough. It looks bonkers, but is it a bit much?
