Is There A More Embarrassing Way To Fail Your Driving Test?

I'm sure between us, we've clocked up a fair few driving test fails, but has anyone ever heard of someone failing this badly? A 17-year old girl in Minnesota must've been one of the most unluckiest drivers this week, after failing her driving test.

The driver under examination had barely started her test when she put the car into drive as opposed to reverse. Instead of reversing, the driver drove forward, and straight through the window and wall of the examination centre! This no-doubt was an automatic fail. The 60-year old driving examiner was also taken to hospital, thankfully with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said that the vehicle was significantly damaged, and the driver's pride had a similar amount of damage too! You won't be surprised to hear that this driver still doesn't have her license. Is this the ultimate worse case scenario when it comes to a driving test?!
