The Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland launched into a new season with a spectacular race at Le Mans last weekend, with Dutchman Larry ten Voorde coming out on top against 52 rivals. But not all eyes were on the 911 GT3 Cup Cars as they roared around the Circuit de la Sarthe ...

The Porsche Carrera Cup Le Mans event also saw the first outing of the PCCD's new safety car – a Taycan Turbo.

While the racing cars were transported to the race by truck, the all-electric Porsche had the opportunity to combine the journey to La Sarthe with a road trip across France.
