I’m cold and stir crazy at the moment. Winter has been a bit too winter as of late and I’m gnashing at the bit to take a road trip. Hell, even a drive to the grocery store would be nice right now. What’s stopping me from putting on the ole snow chains and heading over to the neighbor’s house for a cup of tea? A knee injury, therefore I am having to stave off my wall-crawling with an active fantasy life of roadtrips in the summer months.
Until that time, I’ve been flitting through my photo archives and thinking about one of my more common long distance drives and how my Isabelle has always gotten me there (and back) multiple times. Indulge with me as I share the modern version of a vacation slide show, minus the bulb burning out and the sheet tacked to the wall.

Double exposure on an old Brownie 2A of my beater back at the motel after a long day of geyser gazing. Deer dents and damage from a semi truck and a small puckup are still visible when this was taken.
Thank you for joining me. More of my regular humor is on tap for next week.
