The producers had 10 DB5s for filming, 2 of them real and 8 of them replicas. Some of the cars can even be controlled remotely from up to 500 meters away, using force feedback technology just like the ones used for gaming. They also had pod cars, where the stunt drivers can sit on top of the car 'Mr. Bean-style'. The cars are also thought to be powered using BMW's B58 engine, the same as used in the MK5 Supra.
