Jeep has plans to release a brand new SUV
This will most likely replace the very controversial 'Renegade'
Jeep has a wide and varied range of SUV type vehicles mostly powered by combustion engines but now with most companies in favour of electricity in the movement against climate change. The Stallantis owned manufacturer is also starting to drift over to these renewable type energy sources.
This has been called the 'Baby' by other people who have reviewed it. This has been rumoured to replace the notoriously dreary Renegade which, has since the day of release, spread a depressing feeling amongst anyone who was unfortunate enough to drive one.
One of the other vehicles from Jeep's family is the recently released 'Compass' which looks fairly similar to the 'Baby'. So for all we know it could replace that too but nothing along those lines has been confirmed yet.
This future Jeep has been said to take on the Peugeot 2008 and the Vauxhall Mokka, two small compact cross over type cars. Both cars have all electric options such as the Mokka E, therefore this new Jeep will be able to take on those as it will be an EV as mentioned earlier.
However Jeep have stepped up and stated that there will be bigger models to come but it is uncertain to identify what these mystery models could possibly be at this stage but more will be revealed later in the year and maybe even early next year in 2022.
Now back to the matter at hand, the car itself well the Mokka E does have around 136 BHP so this tiny Jeep is most likely going to have around the same power output which is plenty for a small compact SUV. That is really as much as we know right now so all we can rely on now are updates from Jeep to see the development of this new Baby model.
