News has broken that Jeremy Clarkson has been admitted to hospital with pneumonia.
He tweeted that he was "in a wheelchair, connected up to tubes, in a hospital".
He later uploaded a picture to Instagram showing tubes coming out of his arm, with the caption "not the sort of bangles I usually choose on holiday".
The news has made headlines across the world.
