K-Mag and Gasly On Fire

Bahrain GP. Home to many duels in the sand.

So 6 hours before the race, I'd like to talk about the two unexpected heroes of the Quali.

But to be honest, some of us did see K-Mag coming. His pace in the Australian GP is turning to be real.

If he continues to keep this pace in the race, then Haas could do what Force India did last season. Finish behind the top three teams.

Hopefully there is not the same disaster taking place in the pit lane, the one which happened in the Aus GP.

Now, Here comes Pierre Gasly.

Honda power. First full season in F1. P6 for the GP. Will be promoted to P5 (courtesy of Lewis Hamilton's grid penalty)

The performance shown by him was abosolutely phenomenal.

I think if he continues like this, then for sure he will become the first team driver for Toro Ross.

But, seeing the performance of Honda in the Toro Rosso, Fernando Alonso and McLaren would literally be chewing their pillows in anger.

I don't know but the reliability of the Hinda engine has improved greatly.

But still we have to see whether Gasly will be on this fire in the race or his car would be on fire.

(Because it is a Honda. You cannot predict anything about this powertrain)
