In a world where 6x6 off-road vehicles are an ideal way to differentiate yourself from your poor friends in their pathetic little 4x4 toys, it is hard to stay ahead. Afzal Kahn, the man behind Chelsea Truck Company, plays this game very well and came up with a new way to excite his customers.
After the Huntsman 6x6 with both station wagon and pickup bodies, there are plans now for a Landaulet-style convertible. There is no official information about this project yet, except for the teaser sketch shown above. We can't tell you, if the Mercedes-Maybach G 650 Landaulet was an inspiration for this new Kahn creation.
According to the British company: 'Having received much acclaim for fashioning the Flying Huntsman 110 6X6 Double Cab Pick Up and Wide Body models, our latest coach built 6x6 is set to translate into the real world very soon, bringing an element of adventure, engineering and romanticism to the most seasoned of Defender owners and enthusiasts.
As soon as we hear more in the coming weeks (or months), you will hear it from us.
