Boy Janssen of Pancake Customs built this 2002 Kawasaki W650 for his long-time friend Roy van Kempen, founder of the BMX/skateboarding/lifestyle brand and publication Orange Juice. Boy and Roy have known each other for years, riding BMX freestyle together.

Boy took inspiration from a number of styles and eras — from the Japanese chopper scene to 70s American desert sleds — creating a pitch-perfect W650 custom that melds these influences without seamless grace and power.
