By now many of you will be aware of the famous film 'Ford vs Ferrari', a brilliant movie that tells us about the rivalry between Ford and Ferrari at Le Mans. A replica of one of the Ford GT40 driven by Ken Miles at the 1966 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1966 is heading to the auction on January 2-23, 2020.

While this might be a replica, it is a very beautiful and realistic depiction of the original car. That beautiful Gulf livery with those beautiful red patches has been taken care of and even the intricate details have been taken cared of.

Even those original butterfly doors are on the replica.

The body of the replica is made of electrogalvanized steel. All those beautiful details coupled with the glorious fuel-injected Roush V8 bored to 511 cubic-inches that has an output of 600-horsepower make this car weeken your knees.

The engine is operated with a five-speed transaxle that sends power to the rear wheels.

While the car from the outside looks like it has landed from Le Mans heaven, the interior is no slouch. The interior has black Alcantara seats with silver rivets, right-hand drive, Smiths instruments, and a Motolita steering wheel.

While there is no word on the starting price of the car at the auction, you will have to spend some serious cash to get this worldly pleasure.

Time to empty those Piggy Banks.
