Lamborghini gives Bologna Airport a Huracán
It will be used to guide planes from the runway to the terminal
Lamborghini has given Bologna Airport a rear-wheel-drive Huracán to lead aircrafts towards the parking stand or taxiing out to the runway.
The vehicle is equipped with an orange light-bar on the roof; a radio, always connected with the control tower of the airport; and the distinctive stickers: “Follow me”.
It might not be the new Huracán Evo, but this one is still pretty quick. (Had the pleasure of driving one in 2016....just sayin'.)
It has a 5.2L V10 engine and 580 hp. It also sports special livery designed by Lamborghini Centro Stile. The orange body features graphics depicting the typical machines maneuvering in the airport areas, and the exterior is enhanced by the Italian flag on both doors, roof, front and rear intakes.
It's the sixth time Lamborghini has given the Italian airport one of its cars.
