Lamborghini closes a record year. For the Sant'Agata Bolognese brand, 2019 was the ninth consecutive year of rising sales. As a result, 8,205 Lamborghinis were sold worldwide, which corresponds to a staggering 42% increase in sales compared to 2018!

Among these 8,205 cars, there are approximately 5,000 Urus. The SUV gave a decisive boost to the Italian brand's sales results. With such a figure, the Urus accounts for more than 70% of Lamborghini sales worldwide. According to brand CEO Stefano Domenicali, Lamborghini has more than doubled its deliveries in just two years.

When it comes to supercars, sales are still good although slightly down. In fact, Aventador sales dropped from 1,209 units in 2018 to 1,104 units in 2019. The little sister Huracán follows the same trend, going from 2,780 units in 2018 to 2,139 units in 2019. With a total of 14,022 units, the Huracán overtook the Gallardo to become the best-selling Lamborghini in history.

The bull brand is present in 51 countries with a network of 165 dealerships. Western Europe and Africa saw a 28% increase with 3,206 units sold. America increased by 45% with 2,837 sales and Asia experienced a significant increase with +66% and 2,162 deliveries. Lamborghini is already forecasting a very positive year 2020 thanks to the Urus, which will sell even better.
