Lamborghini rewards father and son who built an Aventador
A father wanted to fulfill his 12-year-old son's dream of owning a Lamborghini Aventador. So the man embarked on a crazy project to build an Aventador with a 3D printer. Sterling Backus and his son Xander have been working on their dream car for almost two years now.
The supercar is still unfinished but the result will be promising. Very promising even since the project has not gone unnoticed by the Italian brand. Thus, for Christmas, Lamborghini wanted to reward the family living in Colorado in the United States and give Xander a huge surprise.
The surprise consisted in replacing the replica that Sterling and Xander were working on by a real Lamborghini Aventador. The car will be positioned in the same way so that the surprise effect will be even more striking when the garage door will open in the morning. It's all summed up in this special Christmas video that Lamborghini is used to make every year.
The father and son were able to enjoy a free black Lamborghini Aventador Roadster for a few days. Even if Xander is not able to drive the supercar as he does in his video games, it is clear that this boy's dream has come true. Xander will not forget this experience and will remain forever a Lamborghini lover.
