Lancia 037 and the 1983 Rally Germany

Lancia Rally 037 in scale 1/43 made by CMR

13w ago

In September 1983, the Rally Germany took place, which at that time was not yet a World Rally Championship event. It was not until almost 20 years later that the Rally Germany was included in the WRC calendar.

The dream duo of the rally scene, Walter Röhrl and Christian Geistdörfer, also competed in the above mentioned event with a Lancia 037 and could finish the rally victoriously.

However, the Lancia used was not the well-known vehicle in the Martini-livery, but the no less good-looking racing car in the black-white-red Würth-livery.

A few weeks ago, CMR released a 1/43 scale miniature version of the car, which features nice detailing, as well as a clean processing. Also the paint job can impress. The model is exclusively available at ck-modelcars.

Enjoy the pictures!!!
