Lancia D50 F1 car

The Lancia D50 entered Formula 1 in 1954, driven by two tie world champion, Alberto Ascari. In 1955, Ascari won the last Turin Formula One Grand Prix, with the Lanci D50. After financial trouble, the Lancia family sold their controlling share in the Lancia company, and the assets of Scuderia Lancia were given to Scuderia Ferrari. The car was rebadged Ferrari D50 and in 1965, Fangio won the WDC.
