GRAFF has lost its LMP2 pole position for the 2019 Le Mans 24 Hours, after the stewards deleted all the car’s times after Qualifying 3.

The penalty was handed down after Vincent Capillaire was determined to have failed to stop at the scrutineering light for weighing during the third qualifying session. As a result, the times set between the start of the session and 23:37 have been deleted, and he has been fined €1000 euros (approx $1100).

This means that TDS Racing will start from pole in LMP2 with Loic Duval’s 3m25.345s the new pole time. The No.31 DragonSpeed ORECA will start second. GRAFF will now start third, its 3m27.096s the quickest of the times that counted.
