Mercedes need to focus on finding a new driver, but does this set a precedent for Lewis to overrule his bosses in the future?

  • If your boss, or rather Executive Director asked you to do something and you said No then you would expect some sort of consequence. It's not about being their only driver but the classic "there is no I in Team", one person cannot be allowed to jeopardise to work of hundreds of people involved in the team.
