Forty semi-finalists gathered at the Gfinity Arena in London on Tuesday to find a place in the Grand Final of the Formula 1 eSports Championship, to be held in Abu Dhabi.
The 40 players were divided into four groups of 10 each, as the groups battled among themselves across two races at Interlagos & Silvertsone, to determine the winners to form the 20 finalists.

The Group 2 had Dutchman Allert Vanderwal claiming two wins, while Group 3 saw Brit Sonuc Saltunc controlling the races and finally Group 4 saw a tussle for victories with Patrik Holzmann emerging as the winner.
All the four aforementioned racers with double wins, earned 50 points to ease into the Abu Dhabi Grand Finale, with Group 2's Sven Zurner finishing fourth with 36 points - also making into the final list.
The rest of the 20-racer line-up was filled by Nicolo Fioroni (33 points), Cedric Thome (33), Cem Bolukbasi (33), Frederick Rasmussen (33), Igor Fraga (30), Joni Tormala (30), Tiziano Brioni (27), Patryk Krutyj (25), Gianfranco Giglioli (25), Alberto Foltran (22), Mads Soerensen (22), Harrison Jacks (21), Fabrizio Donoso Delagdo (18), Salih Saltunc (18) and Maximilian Benecke (14).
