LMP1: MANOR RACING - GINETTA MECACHROME
WITH THE DEPARTURE OF THE MAJOR MANUFACTURERS FROM LMP1 FOR THE 2018 SUPER-SEASON, THERE IS A RETURN OF THE PRIVATEER CARS, SUCH AS THIS NEW GINETTA.
With Toyota the sole LMP1-H challenger, there will now be three customer chassis battling it for outright wins and championships in the hybrid-less LMP1-L championship. Ginetta have developed their own LMP1 car, with the Mecachrome V6-turbo in the back. Manor Racing, run by the original Manor F1 staff, will take this car into the 2018-19 WEC season.
