- Visitors to the official Ferrari museum, based in the company's home town of Maranello, will get a special treat this year – as it's playing host to two new exhibitions, both of which are part of the company's 70th anniversary celebrations.- The first of the two new exhibitions is called 'Infinite Red'. This features exclusive road and race cars from the company's 70-year history. - The second exhibition is called 'Under the Skin'. This focuses on the company's design and engineering practices, and highlights how they have changed over the decades. Both were opened by Ferrari's president and CEO, Sergio Marchionne. - The museum has also been extended, growing by 600 square metres to a total of 4100 square metres. A new events area has also been added, allowing the museum to host conventions and presentations. - The 'Infinite Red' exhibition is open until the end of the year.- The 'Under the Skin' exhibition closes in November 2017 and will then be relocated to the London Design Museum. - Among the cars on display are a 250 GTO, a 250 GT Berlinetta SWB, a LaFerrari and an FXX K.- Ferrari says that 478,000 people visited the museum in 2016 – and no doubt more will visit it this year.- Adult tickets for the museum cost €16 and can be purchased online. - Discounted tickets for entry for to both the Ferrari Maranello museum and the Enzo Ferrari museum are also available.
