Following Nissan and Mazda's lead, Toyota has announced it will begin remanufacturing parts for the previous two generations of the Supra, the A70 (1986 - 1993) and A80 (1993 - 2002). These genuine parts will be made available as part of Toyota's Heritage Parts Program, headed up by Gazoo Racing.

Parts will be available for the JDM, European and North American markets. They can be purchased through Toyota's official websites, or even ordered from Toyota dealerships.

The following parts are going to be made available for the A70 this year:

Fuel sender gauge

Propeller shaft

Door handles

Weather strips

Front emblems

And the following parts available for the A80:

Brake booster

Headlamps

Door handles

While this list of available parts is annoyingly short, Toyota is encouraging Supra owners to submit requests for any additional parts they need. I'd also like to officially start the campaign to get the 2JZ-GTE engine bought back into production, and urge everybody to annoy Gazoo Racing about it, even if you have no intention of buying one.

Toyota has floated the idea of expanding the Heritage Parts Program to include the previous two generations of Supra as well as other legacy models such as the Celica and MR2. One can only hope.
