Mansory wants €400,000 to give your Mercedes-AMG G63 its special touch
Introducing 'The Gronos 2021' in all its glory
In the past, Mansory is widely known for frankly ruining a whole range of supercars from the Ferrari 812 SF to the Bugatti Chiron, and now they have molested a Mercedes-AMG G63. Both its exterior and interior colours are good, but that's where the niceness ends.
Mansory is calling this The Gronos 2021 which sounds like a bad guy in a Marvel film, but it is in fact what you would get if you asked for a green, tan and chopped carbon fibre Mercedes from the tuning company.
Essentially what they have done is take a bog-standard G63 and covered it from head to foot in forged carbon fibre; the stuff is everywhere. Aside from this, it also features a wide body kit alongside huge flared arches and widened doors.
This 4x4 now also features new LED lights up front, 24-inch wheels and one hell of an interior. The inside has been retrimmed in a rather tasteful tan leather which really compliments the outer dark green colour which is probably the best thing Mansory has ever done.
But there is a catch, if you want this exact car then you will have to fork out a wallet-wobbling €560,160 ($665,000). This means that Mansory is charging you an extra €400,000 ($475,000) over the entry-level G63. Sure, it's limited to just 10 units worldwide, but that seems a little steep, don't you think?
