Mazda Miata and the Majesty 110
You wouldn't expect the humble Mazda Miata to be associated with a super yacht brand
Summer 2020 is in full swing in the northern hemisphere and yet for the majority of the world, us commoners are restricted from nearly all international travel. Especially if you live in the United States, don't expect any trips to Europe or anywhere else, as Americans are barred entry due to the increasing cases of COVID within its borders. Even Canada and Mexico closed its borders to the good ole US of A. If you had a super yacht, these pesky international restrictions don't really mean a thing. Set a course to a destination, show travel logs of 14 days to account for quarantine, and this will fulfill most countries' regulations on stopping the spread of COVID. But what if you want to drive your car once you get there? The Majesty 110 solves that issue as you have your own garage.
Luxury yachts are always synonymous with super cars. Yet in this listing, the humble Mazda Miata is displayed at the aft tender of the yacht. You would expect Aston Martin, Bentley, Lamborghini, Mercedes Benz, or Porsche to be featured alongside the Majesty 110, as these luxury car manufacturers have designed their own super boats.
If the humble Miata can be associated with boating luxury, I hope the executives of Mazda can use this example for an aspiration project, to create the common man's yacht. Imagine a world where we can all enjoy the handling dynamics, lightness, and open air design of the Miata on the open seas. That is a world I would love to live in. Make it happen Mazda, you have a future customer with me.
