This brief video from Faisalbinladen on Instagram shows a magnificent moment of two eras of McLaren. A McLaren F1 model driving alongside a McLaren P1 LM.
A P1 LM and F1 together! (No sound - Sorry!)
The F1 is powered by a 6.1L V12, throwing out 618BHP. The car claimed the title of "World's Fastest Production Car", claiming to be capable of 231MPH. The P1 LM on the other hand is powered by a 3.8L V8 engine, producing 986BHP. The P1 LM set the fastest ever time for a road car on the Goodwood hillclimb in 2016, with a time of 47.07 seconds. The car also set a lap record in April 2017 on the Nurburgring. The car set a time of 6:43.22, but sadly did not qualify to be a road legal car, as it was missing a front number plate.
The owner of the video sadly left the sound out of this, but can you imagine hearing these two side by side!
