This was an amazing first drive with my new Seat Leon FR
A Bit of Back Story
Favorite shot of the day
Meet Leona - My New Leon FR, This is A Car Story ! Let me start by saying that my Mazda 6 GH served me well but it was time for a new ride. With my budget set at around 16,000 euros, I was looking for something both fun to drive and economical at the same time. Driving experience was really a priority to be honest. So I test drove the B9 Audi A4 1.4 TSI DSG and was really impressed with the way that tiny little engine pushed this car forward. But I could not justify the 27k price tag no matter how much I tried convincing myself. So now I start looking at hot-hatches that I have always loved and what else too look at bu the Golf Gti? But the problem was at my budget the mileage would be around 150,000 kms which is way too much for a sporty 2 liter turbo in my opinion. Oh and cars, especially sport cars are taxed more in Finland, so the prices are much higher than other places of the world by around 30 to 40 percent if not more. A 2017 mk 7 GTI for example, costs around 31,000 Euros.

I Just Fell in Love ...
Let me tell you, the first time I laid eyes on this beauty I fell in love and after just 1 minute test drive I knew this car was for me. This baby looks really good to me and the 18" Sparco Tarmacs credit to the tasteful previous owner and aside from a few minor stone chips which is pretty normal in Finland the car is absolutely in mint condition and the engine, interior, and exterior look really healthy and nothing flawed. After all it only has 85,000 kms on the clock which is pretty decent for a 7 year old ride. So I took her out for a spin on a fine day and I hope you enjoy this photos as they turned out much better than I expected. All shots were taken with a Canon 70D and Canon 70-200 f4 IS USM lens and I used Lightroom to adjust the colors/lights slightly.
Mean looking front !
When the light is beautiful... The results reflect that beauty
