Meet the Huber ERA: The ultimate homage to the Aventador

Just when you thought the Aventador wasn't crazy enough...

In celebration of the Lamborghini Aventador's 10-year anniversary, UAE-based coach builder Huber claims that its redesign of the Aventador pays homage to the supercar that is nearing the end of its production.

The team at Huber have created a new aero package that harks back to the original Aventador DNA.

Earlier this year, Huber teased the public with images of the proposed design for its aggressive-looking front and rear bumpers. It certainly looked the part, but would it materialise into the real deal?

The ERA was unveiled to the public at Beckingham Palace which was the former home of David and Victoria Beckham. This was the first opportunity to see Huber's innovative vision in the flesh and people were not disappointed.

The first ever ERA was received by the membership Secretary of the Lamborghini Club UK, Ciro Ciampi who is also founder of the car community Petrolheadonism.

“The Era should remind us of how much we all admired the Aventador when it was launched in 2011,” said Sean Huber, founder and CEO of Huber.

The first ever ERA was unveiled by Fabio Lamborghini, Ferruccio Lamborghini's nephew. The Italian supercar patron gave the ERA his seal of approval.

The brand aims to create a new clientele of collectors and enthusiasts. Huber's devotion to reinventing automotive design has placed them in a unique position to dominate the aftermarket. Huber has plans to convert many of its designs into road-legal models.

The ERA starts at a competitive price of 30,000 Euros and will be limited to 21 pieces in the current edition with the first one landing in the UK.

It's safe to say that Huber will be releasing many more editions of the ERA should it be a huge success worldwide. As for more designs from Huber, we'll have to wait and see.

  • Coach builder? Slaps on a dodgy looking bodykit....

  • The Aventador has nice lines normally. A nice spoiler or some of the other kits around look pretty good (don't mind Liberty Walk kits). The rear of this kit is a bit fussy. The front looks okay but perhaps if it was in body colour it might look a bit more integrated. Carbon fibre accents look fine but big chunks of it bolted on don't in my humble opinion.

Beggars can't be choosers. If you've got the cash and like it, get it and drive the wheels off it!

  • Well, it's just another Aventador wearing some bodykit trying to call it a day, nothing attractive here.
