Meet the modified Mustang of your nightmares
The 1967 Ford Mustang is undoubtedly one of the coolest classics you can buy today. It's a brilliant pony car that your cool uncle or aunt might take out every Sunday and polish on the same evening. Now I want you to meet "Nightmare", the modified Mustang that Satan drives on the highway to Hell. You'll see how it earns its terrifyingly awesome name from its startup noise below.
It's got enough power to smoke you at the lights
For starters it's got a custom 520ci V8 engine that punches out 700hp and 700lb-ft (950Nm) of torque. It's safe to say that this is no longer just a pony car, but instead a tarmac shredder that devours Camaro and Challengers at the dragstrip. It's not just power upgrades though as Nightmare has a triangulated 4-link air suspension system and a 3:55 gear ratio.
The leather interior is borrowed from Ferrari
Yes, you read that correctly. The leather did previously belong to a Ferrari but it is not stated which model it's from and how much of the interior is Ferrari-sourced. Nevertheless, it's still amazing to see handcrafted Italian leather in a custom-built American car. Oh yeah, it's also got a banging 40G sound system for your 70s rock music.
Who built Nightmare and can I afford one?
This restomod masterpiece was built by the team at 360 Fabrication, whom specialise in creating bespoke customer vehicles. They'll modify just about any car's bodywork, cabin and performance to your liking. The video description states that Nightmare has an appraised value $700,000 CAD ($470,000 USD), so you better start saving up now. It's a hefty price tag indeed but then again, there is nothing like this on the road today.
