  • a lesson in why you don't skip out on a bow mg, because the russian infantry will come a knocking and make you day end with a molotov to the everything, and i've read enough books to know that is a very very bad thing, awesome 128mm gun and an great looking machine in that camo nevertheless

  • Based on Ferdinand Porsches rejected design (rejected by Hitler because the electro mechanical drive failed - but Porsche was sure he'd get the contract so had already built hundreds of chassis') and hurriedly converted into self propelled guns that lacked anti infantry defence measures.

    They were a total flop and at Kursk (their inaugural battle) they were outflanked and destroyed by Soviet infantry or abandoned by their crews.
