NASCAR: Harvick completes Phoenix practice sweep

Kevin Harvick completed a sweep of being fastest in Saturday practice at ISM Raceway with a lap of 135.125mph (26.642 sec) in the final 50-minute session.
Harvick led the way over Brad Keselowski at 134.484mph and Kyle Busch at 134.308mph. Erik Jones at 133.998mph and Martin Truex Jr. at 133.929mph completed the top five.
For Harvick, he goes into the Can-Am 500 on the playoff bubble by three points. He is a nine-time winner at ISM Raceway, including in the spring. Harvick will start from the pole.

Completing the top 10 in final practice were William Byron at 133.909mph, Aric Almirola at 133.864mph, Kyle Larson at 133.859mph, Joey Logano at 133.819mph, and Austin Dillon at 133.769mph.
Paul Menard crashed in the final minute of practice. The No. 21 Wood Brothers Racing Ford was destroyed after Menard hit the Turn 3 wall, resulting in a backup car being pulled out.
Truex served his 30-minute practice penalty during this session after his car failed pre-qualifying inspection three times Friday.
AJ Allmendinger and Tanner Berryhill also served 15-minute holds because their cars failed inspection twice.
