Novitec gives the Ferrari 812 GTS more power and more... girth

It is a lot wider and lower than the standard 812

A few years ago, German tuning house Novitec created a new sub-brand dedicated to widebody creations called 'N-Largo' (Largo is Italian for 'wide') and the drop-top Ferrari 812 GTS is the latest Italian supercar to undergo the 'N-Largo' treatment.

Thanks to the new carbon fibre body kit, the N-Largo 812 is 211 mm wider and 35 mm lower than the standard 812 GTS, making it even harder to drive around town and park. I'm kidding. All jokes aside, Novitec also offers a front-lift system to help you cope with ramps and speed humps. I have to say that I kinda like the way it looks and, according to Novitec, the new body panels also improve its aerodynamic efficiency. The 'NF10' forged wheels are brand new, specifically designed for this car (in partnership with Vossen), measuring 21 inches at the front and 22 inches at the rear.

They also added a new integrated spoiler to generate more downforce, as well as new rear flares, a new rear fascia and new diffuser. Some of the elements - the wing mirrors, taillight surrounds and the bonnet for example - can be left unpainted (upon request) to showcase the naked carbon fibre.

The standard N/A 6.5-litre V12 engine was tuned with the addition of a new high-performance exhaust system (+40 hp) with 110mm tailpipes available with stainless finish or matte black coating. Thanks to these additions, the Novitec 812 now delivers 840 hp and 553 lb-ft, propelling the car from standstill to 60 in just 2.8 seconds and then all the way to its top speed of 214 mph.

As for the cabin, you can choose between virtually any available colour for your leather and/or Alcantara upholstery. Production is limited to 18 units only. Price upon request.

  • Looks like a transformer, probably a deceptacon. It was good looking before and didn’t need this.

  • I assume it's 210mm wider. I just imagined how it would be if it were 210cm wider though🤣🤣
