The NSU Wankel Spider was the first western produced car with a rotary engine. The car was produced from 1964 to 1967. In this 3 years only 2,375 cars were built.
The engine was a single rotor Wankel engine with 50hp. 155km/h (96mph) was the topspeed of the engine and it took 14.5s to accelerate to 100km/h (62mph).
