A bright orange Porsche GT2 RS has been recorded hitting a minivan at what must be well over 120 mph on a highway.

As you can see by the video, the Porsche driver thought they could squeeze through the gap between the two trucks and the minivan, but they didn't turn right enough and it all went downhill from there.

The minivan does several 360 degree spins as it is hit, and the Porsche goes straight into the barrier opposite as it is met by the minivan.

Due to the impact of the crash, it doesn't look like either of the cars would have been able to drive away but let's just hope everyone involved were alright.

  • Where did this happen? Doesn’t look like the UK? Looks like Japan??

    1. Depending on the speed limit the recording vehicle shouldn’t have been in the outside lane. Hogging the wrong lane.

    2. Porsche shouldn’t have undertaken as he has clearly gone between the two trucks and not judged the speed of the minivan. I don’t have sympathy for the porsche driver.

    • Yeah, that is in Japan where speed limits are generally low on freeways at 80km/h as is marked at 0:11 in the video on the right side by the divider. That guy driving the Porsche was beyond full retard.

  • of course... it is always the idiotic rich kid treating the road like a racetrack messing up, crashing into anyone killing them, grab the wallet, throw a couple bills on the floor and move on when hes probably killed someone.

there is a reason why Supercars should require a license, and not because of Gran Turismo. A normal car is vastly different to a Supercar in performance and other aspects, you simply cant give a 18yr old a supercar and say "Oh its alright he´s got a license" then be surprised when stuff like this occurs.

Thats why when I spot a expensive supercar I always have 3-4 cars of distance between me and it, all pictures taken by my copilot or passenger just in case I have to swerve to avoid crashing into an expensive wreckage.
