The Customer Service Index (CSI) study reflects which brands are keeping their customers smiling.
Porsche has delivered the most satisfying dealership experiences of any brand in the study’s 38-year history. Quite impressive from the German marque, they scored 893 points out of a possible 1,000.
Following Porsche in the Customer Service Index (CSI) study included; Lexus (881), Cadillac (880), Infiniti (878) and Mercedes-Benz (870).
