Prankster fools police with fake Delorean made of snow

This could not have gone any better!

3y ago

A 33-year-old machinist and artist from Montreal was hoping to prank snow removal crews in his neighbourhood with a fake car he made after a snow storm. The car bears a striking resemblance to the classic DMC-12 Delorean of Back to the Future fame, though Simon, the creator states he was more aiming towards it representing a Mitsubishi Starion. Either way - we have to say it's a masterpiece of prankery :)

The plan was hatched over what we can only assume to be a few (by few, we mean many) beverages, and the results do not disappoint.

The police soon came to investigate because it was parked was in a snow removal zone, only to soon after discover that the car was made entirely of snow.

Simon tells us that officers did end up writing Laprise a ticket, however it was one that said, "You made our night hahahahaha". Champions :)

All good things must come to an end, however, and snowplows destroyed Laprise's creation the next morning.

    • The guy who made the creation says it was neither. As per the article, he says it was supposed to represent the Starion, or any 80s sports coupe.. We just love Deloreans, so we went with that ;)
