Prior Design gives the new BMW M4 a new face

Successful transformation?

1y ago

Unveiled a month ago, the new generation BMW M4 clearly divided opinions by creating two distinct camps. If the car is globally a real success with two exceptional engines and a great interior, its huge grille spoils everything in the eyes of some people.

Facing the controversy, German tuner Prior Design took the lead by proposing a grille of a much more reasonable size. And to satisfy those dissatisfied with the original M4, the company offers a choice of three grille models, all equally successful.

The vertical beans have been replaced by a more aesthetic grille with larger air intakes at the bottom. These fill the empty space in the original model and make the whole thing even more aggressive. Seen from the front, the M4 can even pretend to be its big sister, the M8 Competition!

A positive point for future owners. If demand is strong, Prior Design will not hesitate to expand its catalogue to offer other variants for sale. The company could even make bespoke suggestions for its customers.

  • MUCH better. There is but one problem here. What would I have to make fun of if they got rid of the hideous snout? I LOVE hating on that ugly grill. It brings me joy. I'm not a hater, in general, but that grill is SO awful that it has it coming and I feel obligated to lead the charge. Oh well. All fun has to end at some point.
