Ten years ago, a momentous video was uploaded to YouTube. The original is difficult to find, but this reupload shows an onboard cam on a Porsche tailing a Mustang at Mid-America Motorplex in Pacific Junction, IA. A bit into the drive, the Porsche pilot summons demonic forces to get the best of the 'Stang.
What we know about the two cars: The Porsche is a 1980 911SC with a 3.6 swap from a donor 964. The Mustang is a Saleen with the nickname "Nemesis," and it's driven by the video man's brother. It got downshifted at what sounds to be about 12,000 RPM. RIP Nemesis.
This might be my favorite video of all time, right next to "twin turbo pt cruiser power shifting." Look it up. You won't regret it.
